Terms of Use

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which also applies to Flutter.

What the app is

Flutter suggests small activities and helps you keep Moments from them. It is not therapy, medical advice or a substitute for professional care, and it does not promise any result.

Ideas are ideas, not bookings or plans made for you. The app does not check places, opening times, prices, weather or conditions. Use your own judgment, look after your safety and the safety of others, follow local rules, and skip anything that does not suit you.

Flutter Pro

Flutter Pro is optional. Everything in Flutter Free stays free.

Monthly and yearly plans are charged to your Apple Account when you confirm and renew automatically for the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase that never renews. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Refunds are handled by Apple. When Flutter Pro ends, its features pause; nothing you made is removed.

What you make

Your Moments, notes and photos are yours and stay on your phone. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

The app itself

Flutter is provided as it is, and features may change between versions. To the extent the law allows, Matthew Borgfeld is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will appear in the app and on this page with a new date.
