Flutter keeps what you make on your phone. There is no account, no advertising and no tracking, and Matthew Borgfeld, who publishes the app, does not collect, see, sell or share your information.

What stays on your phone

Everything you make or choose in Flutter is kept only in the app's storage on your iPhone: your Moments with their notes and photos, the connections you make between them, ideas you save, the ideas you were shown and how you answered, your preferences and your settings. None of it is sent to Matthew Borgfeld or to anyone else.

Your iPhone's own protections apply to this storage. Your phone's iCloud or computer backup may include it, under your Apple settings.

What leaves your phone, and only when you choose

Sharing an image or an invitation through the system share sheet, saving an image to Photos, and making a backup file that you then save or send yourself. Only what you choose goes, to where you choose.

Flutter has no analytics, crash reporting, advertising or tracking, and no third-party code that collects information.

Purchases

Flutter Pro is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple handles payment; the app never receives your payment details. To unlock Flutter Pro, the app reads Apple's signed record of your purchase on your iPhone. That record is not sent to Matthew Borgfeld or anyone else.

Permissions

Camera: only when you tap Take photo. Photos: adding a photo uses the system picker, which gives the app only the photos you pick; saving an image to Photos asks for permission to add, not to read. Notifications: only if you turn on the optional reminder. The app never asks for your location or contacts.

Your choices

Settings › Privacy and your data lets you make a backup or delete everything the app keeps. Deleting the app also removes it. Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription; manage that in your App Store account settings.

Children

Flutter is not directed to children under 13. It collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear in the app and on this page with a new date.
